The "H.E.A.R.T." Board of Directors is to be a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural representation of the community we serve, with representation of lay persons and professionals in the areas of business, churches, education, law, medicine, mental health and social services,as well as civic and youth organizations. We especially welcome those who have had a personal experience with adoption, foster and/or relative care.

Foster Care Alumni Advisors
"FRIENDS OF H.E.A.R.T."
"Friends of H.E.A.R.T." are volunteers who provide encouragement, physical, and/or financial support in the planning and implementation of various projects and events to further the vision of "H.E.A.R.T." for our children. They may attend Board Meetings but are not required to do so as they do not vote on agency policies and procedures; but they're there when we need them. That's what Friends are for!
